About Me

Hello, my name is Dr. Yulia Sosa.

I am a classical homeopathy practitioner with a doctoral degree in psychology, dedicated to providing deeply individualized, integrative care. My work is grounded in the understanding that health is not merely the absence of symptoms, but the result of balance across the mental, emotional, and physical levels of the human organism.

My professional foundation began in the chemical industry, where I developed a strong respect for scientific precision, formulation, and the measurable effects of substances. I later pursued advanced academic training in psychology, earning a PhD, which provided me with a structured understanding of the human mind, behavior, and the profound impact of unresolved emotional patterns on overall health.

My path into homeopathy began not academically, but personally — as a parent.

Despite a commitment to natural living, my daughter developed persistent eczema at 6 months old. We sought care across multiple countries, consulting specialists and investing significant time and resources, yet no lasting solution was found. Treatments offered were meant to address symptoms, but not the underlying cause.

It was through classical homeopathy that we experienced a fundamental shift.

For the first time, I observed a form of medicine that approached the individual as a whole — where physical symptoms were understood as expressions of deeper imbalance. With carefully selected homeopathic treatment, my daughter’s condition began to resolve in a steady and sustainable way, accompanied by improvements in her overall state. This experience became a turning point. Over time, I continued to observe similar outcomes within my own family, including support in complex and chronic conditions such as skin cancer, stroke recovery, metabolic imbalances, psoriasis, and prostate-related conditions. These repeated observations led me to formally study homeopathy and integrate it into my professional path.

Education & Clinical Perspective

I am currently in my second year of formal training at the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy (IACH), founded by Professor George Vithoulkas. The Academy is internationally recognized for its rigorous and classical methodology, emphasizing precise case analysis, individualized prescribing, and adherence to Hahnemannian principles. I have one year remaining to complete my training.

My background in psychology, combined with classical homeopathy, allows me to approach each case with a broader and more integrated perspective.

From a clinical standpoint, many chronic conditions do not arise in isolation.

They often develop over time as the result of unresolved emotional or mental stress, which gradually expresses itself on the physical level.

Understanding this progression — from mental and emotional imbalance to physical manifestation — is central to my work.

My training in psychology provides insight into these patterns.

Homeopathy provides the means to address them.

Together, they form a comprehensive framework that allows me to support the individual not only at the level of symptoms, but at the level where imbalance begins. In this way, it becomes possible to move beyond temporary relief and toward more complete and lasting restoration of health.

My Approach

In my practice, I take time to understand the full picture of each individual.

Homeopathy is inherently precise and individualized. The remedy is selected not based on diagnosis alone, but on the totality of the person — including physical symptoms, emotional responses, mental patterns, sensitivities, and overall vitality.

My work combines:

  • Doctoral-level understanding of psychological patterns
  • Classical, individualized homeopathy
  • Detailed and structured case analysis
  • A focus on the relationship between emotional, mental, and physical health

Focus Areas

A central focus of my practice is working with conditions where emotional and mental factors play a significant role in physical expression.

This includes:

  • Children and teenagers experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges— including anxiety, sensitivity, effects of bullying, social withdrawal, and developmental patterns such as autism spectrum presentations
  • Infants and young children with eczema and chronic skin conditions, where emotional and physical states are closely interconnected
  • Fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care, where internal balance is essential
  • Veterans of war and individuals affected by trauma, where long-standing emotional and mental strain often manifests physically over time

In many of these cases, emotional and mental burdens gradually translate into physical symptoms and chronic conditions. Homeopathy is uniquely positioned to address this connection. By working at the level of the underlying state — mental, emotional, and energetic — it supports the organism in restoring balance, which in turn often leads to improvement on the physical level.

A Personal Commitment

I am particularly committed to supporting infants navigating eczema and veterans of war, where care requires both sensitivity and depth.

For these cases, I offer limited Pro Bono (Complimentary) plans available upon request.

A Note on Investment

As I am currently completing my formal training, I do not charge for consultations until June of 2027. All cases are approached with care and are conducted under supervision, ensuring responsibility, accuracy, and continued development. Homeopathy is not a quick intervention. It is a structured and evolving process that requires careful observation and thoughtful adjustment. My role is to guide this process with clarity, precision, and a deep respect for the individual.

In Essence

Health is a reflection of internal balance.

When the mental, emotional, and physical levels are aligned, the organism has the capacity to heal. My work is dedicated to restoring that alignment — thoughtfully, precisely, and with respect for the complexity of each individual case.
